The vision of this project is to empower small-scale farmers in Serbia through advanced AI-driven, data-centric solutions, addressing critical challenges in agriculture. These include economic vulnerability, disease outbreaks, and limited access to modern technology. By integrating AI with precision agriculture, our goal is to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability, while reducing resource wastage and environmental impact. This project emphasizes inclusivity by tailoring solutions to the unique needs of Serbian farmers, fostering resilience and economic empowerment.

AI’s ability to analyze diverse datasets, from soil composition to weather patterns, will enable real-time decision-making, helping farmers optimize planting, irrigation, and fertilization processes. Predictive analytics will assist in identifying risks like pest outbreaks or unfavorable weather conditions, allowing proactive measures to safeguard crops. Additionally, tools like AI-powered chatbots can provide farmers with accessible, context-aware advice, bridging the knowledge gap and enhancing decision-making capabilities​

By focusing on community-centered design, this project ensures that technological advancements are adaptable and culturally sensitive. Collaboration with local stakeholders ensures that AI solutions address practical challenges while fostering trust. Ultimately, this initiative aims to create a scalable model for agricultural transformation in developing regions​.
